ALGI counts people. It does not recognise them. The same rules apply to every store, in every module.

Questions store owners ask us
Do I need to buy new cameras?
Almost never. A standard IP camera that sees the entrance from above or at an angle is enough. We check your camera list before you pay anything.
Are the numbers live?
Each day's numbers are ready the next morning. That keeps the price low. If you need live occupancy or instant alerts, ask us about the on-site Edge version.
What internet connection do I need?
A normal business connection. The setup sends a reduced stream, not full-resolution video, so it does not slow down your shop's internet.
How accurate is the counting?
Above 99% in the stores we have tested, when the camera follows our placement guide (entrance seen from above or at an angle, no strong backlight). We check your camera view before the trial starts and tell you if a camera will not count well.
I have several stores. Does it work for a chain?
Yes. Every store sits in the same account and the same dashboard, measured the same way, so stores are comparable. Each camera is billed at the same price.
Can I cancel?
Any month, from your account, no notice period. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for and can export your data.
